I've had axienty all my life (since the age of 5) but overtime it's gotten worse. I am at age 16 and have severe verbalized axienty disorder among other things and when I was younger medication ethier made me worse or gave me a rash so I've never looked into actual medication but this here is amazing!!! I took only 1 pill and it dissolved very quickly under the tounge and it lasted all day. I went to my boyfriend's house and I always tend to have it hard when opening up and being around other people such as his family but when I took the medication I felt like the true me without axienty. With axienty I tend to overthink before every single thing that I do and say but when I took the pill that wasnt an issue. Has no flavor at all. 10 out of 10 perfect.

Use this for my autistic son for when he’s irritable or fussy or upset for any reason. He’s 13+ y/o. Within a half hour he’s totally calm and over it -have been very impressed with this!Update 10-2021Don’t know why I stopped using this for so long -probably because we -for a few months -went under the care of a classical homeopath in 2019 which usually only want you to use one remedy at a time (this is a combo of several) or to only use their recommended/prescribed remedy every few weeks. BUT we were having a crisis lately and not fully being able to prevent blow ups all of a sudden. Not sure why I was in the drawer where I saw this but I thought we should try it again since I reread our review here. And it seems to be making a difference not just within a few minutes but even a day after. My boy seems much more calm and happy. (Even when he would usually be hangry)It’s important to only take homeopathy when there are symptoms so I try to wait for not just an iffy comment but more of an irritable attitude. I’m hoping that using this has reset my now 16 ½ + yr old back to his silly/happy self. I’ll update when I have a better feel about how we are doing.One more thing -this may have also helped with constipation or just less dry/pebbly stools. Might be a coincidence but we’ll see.

I hate taking pharmaceuticals and will avoid at all costs. I normally take Sedalia but ran out and it was out of stock every where. I have SUPER bad anxiety and this does a great job to calm my nerves. I found this and it works well. I have to take 2-3 tabs 3x a day in order for it to be effective. It also takes a few days to kick in, so do not expect immediate relief

I suffer from severe anxiety and prone to stress. I live alone and my mental health is really getting in the way of the stay-at-home order of COVID. I've been waking up with panic attacks at night that last 20min then it takes about 2 hours to breathe enough to get back to sleep. I felt like I needed to manually breathe which really got in the way of falling back to sleep resulting in insomnia. I'm one of those "wake up" panic attack types where it happens suddenly. These pills (even just one) make a huge impact how it relaxes my body when it's going into fight or flight mode. I also take it for work when I feel anxious and I can't focus. I'm very happy in knowing there's a natural pill to help so you don't get hooked on anti-depressants that could make you gain weight and other bad side effects. I will be buying this product from now on and using it in high-stress situations like nightly panic attacks, plane rides, and work load stress. I can't recommend this product enough if you're desperately looking for something to calm you down almost instantly once the panic strikes.

I've had a severe anxiety disorder for most of my life (took 13 pills each day at one time) and these really do work! It isn't a complete fix of course, but it takes the edge off and makes a big difference.

I don’t know if they are more of a placebo or not but when I am having an anxiety attack I put two under my tongue and write down for a couple minutes and it does seem to help

There's no flavor I just take it at night with my other vitamins. When I wake up in the am I do truly feel more at peace and calm. I will be buying these again
