Not a lot works for me but this really does! It keeps me alert and focused all morning. The fruit punch taste is difficult at first but after a week I've gotten used to it and the benefits far outweigh the taste.

I’ve stopped drinking energy drinks and coffee because these work so well. These are actually chiefs kiss. The taste isn’t bad at all either so that’s a plus. I thinks it’s even helping my gut issues honestly. Idk I really like it and will be buying these instead.😎

Taste horrible, can't choke it down, dont waste your money. Doesn't taste anything like fruit l punch!! So NASTY!! Doesn't dissolve.

I liked the flavor. The product didn’t make me feel like I was on Adderall however, I did stay focused all day. It definitely helped with bloating.

Taste is a Lil funky not really sure if it is helping with focus to be determined!

I bought this in hopes of giving me an extra boost of energy. It does just that. Great product. I’m not crazy about the flavor. But the results are definitely worth the cost.

It taste horrible in water. Will tolerate it in Gatorade it does help with taste. It does help with focus
