Would a coco based soil like Royal Gold Tupur be best for this product or fox farm ocean forest? Thanks

While we are sure Royal Gold Tupur is a great product we are not familiar with it. We do know Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Happy Frog work very well and probably the most popular to mix with.

If using distilled water should I supplement the water with cal mag or does this soil have enough in it?

I used cal/mag supplement even feeding with rain water. Some strains require more cal/mag than others however.

Does it help to add CO2 as well if growing indoors?

Yes adding CO2 always helps it is a main requirement for the plant to live. Most of a plant is composed of the carbon it gets from CO2 it breaths. Be careful when using CO2 or any other gas. Make sure to vent outside.
