I have used this style of belt clip for years, happy to find one that fits the Eko Core 500. Note: the Eko’s ear buds get knocked off quickly in my busy practice, I had to stop using this. But this holster clearly works as advertised, well-made, strong belt clip.

The holder clip is not strong enough. It didn’t stay on, the head keeps getting out of the pouch. The stethoscope with all The clip feel to the ground. After just standying up. It is NOT SAFE, it is not good. My NEW Eko got a little scratch by this. It doesn’t work don’t buy this.

Quality is great for non leather. The Velcro is thick and durable and the holster 100% holds Eko. A must have
