Set up was easy once I looked on you tube and followed there instructions. I wasn’t going to rent one from Xfinity.

Perfect Remote Replacement
Be sure and check the battery compartment to know if your new remote is for Comcast or for Cox Cable. Luckily, I got the one I ordered for the one lost at the family house. As soon as I got the input set with the TV remote, it was recognized as the remote for accessing all of the cable and wifi options on the big TV. The family is happy with this perfect replacement remote. 😊
