I recently purchased the M&D Tabla Abdominal Compression Garment, and I have to say that I’m genuinely impressed. The quality is magnificent, and you can tell right away that it’s designed with durability and effectiveness in mind. Unlike other boards I’ve tried in the past, this one doesn’t bend, shift, or leave any uncomfortable marks on the skin. It provides consistent, firm compression exactly where it’s needed, which has made a noticeable difference in my post-op results. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable abdominal compression board. It’s effective, comfortable, and worth every penny.

This supportive piece works great to flatten one's stomach post-tummy tuck surgery. For that reason I give it four stars. However, please note that there is one area for which this item was NOT comfortable - being in a seated position. I am a graduate student, which requires me to engage in a seated position while I study and write on a daily basis. This board can become uncomfortable when one is in a seated position. As long as I lie down or recline back on a recliner, which is what one does post-tummy tuck surgery, all is fine. UPDATE: Okay, I MUST update and inform readers regarding this tidbit of info. As challenging as it was to remain in a seated position while studying with this compression board, folks must know that it proved to be HIGHLY BENEFICIAL and worth it to remain faithful in its wearing. To be brief, after a Tummy Tuck surgery, it is normal to have to go back to the doctor's office (weekly) for fluid removal from the tummy area. One's body will develop fluid after a surgery, so the doctor's office will use a syringe to remove fluid buildup. After having visited the office FOUR times for this procedure, I am very glad to inform readers that the week I BEGAN WEARING THIS COMPRESSION GARMENT, I had a significantly LESS amount of fluid build-up. The nurse asked me what I did differently to induce less fluid buildup over the week. All I could state was that I began wearing THIS COMPRESSION GARMENT (showed her the board). Ladies, I cannot recommend this compression board anymore highly. ORDER THIS ITEM FOR A POST-TUMMY-TUCK PROCEDURE. I actually began wearing it four weeks post-surgery and wish I had began wearing it sooner. It helped me alleviate any stress to the tummy area due to garments gathering around my waistline, which induced less fluid buildup.

I was 14 days post op for an extended tummy tuck and was struggling to wear my Marena bikini style compression garment. The elastic was choking my drain tubes and pulling on the skin at the drain insertion sites. Ouch! I tried gauze and cottonballs to cushion them with no luck! Enter this board, and my life changed. I can slip this down over my abdomen and then another 1/4" lower and presto. My drains can exit the garment unencumbered The board holds the garment away from my body just high enough for the tubes to pass under freely. Now I can wear the compression all day long and it greatly reduces swelling! The first time I took the board+ garment off, my stomach was perfectly flattened! This was crucial, as you may note after a tummy tuck, swelling causes pockets of fluid and discomfort. That has all stopped. The board compresses away any discomfort points and I am left with an easier, more comfortable feeling. The price point on this board is high, but it is worth it solar! Durability is my only concerning forward, and I will update this review if it doesn't hold up. So far, so good!

The product itself is fine but the smell ..... The smell. It is so chemically and awful. It makes my clothes and skin smell like it. Super unpleasant and won't go away.

This is a great ab board! I had a TT with Breast lift and augmenation. I have been searching for an ab board for under my stage 2 faja. I ordered many others and returned. They were too hard and big to move in. This one allows me to move while not allowing creases from my faja. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is with my breast lift I cannot put the top part on my skin because of incisions so it awkwardly goes above my bra. I haven't had any skin reactions and wear nothing under it.

Es la segunda que compro si es muy buena pero se daña fácilmente de la parte posterior

Llegó a tiempo, buen material, buena calidad y terminado. La parte de enfrente es más rígida y de los costados flexible así se acomoda mejor al cuerpo.

Es funcional, no lastima pero se resbala un poco y no se siente tan firme
