Customer service handled it perfectly. Scooter came in a beat-up box, foot plate scratched, screws to get handle bar onto the scooter were stripped. Unfortunately we couldn't use it and they didn't have any more in stock. My niece has the Razor E100 and we love it. Update: We got another one of these eventually and it's great. It has a lot of zip and it's very sturdy. If anyone can fall off a sidewalk, it woudl be me...the fact that I don't fall off this is a testament to the sturdy quality of the scooter.

This scooter was a birthday present for my son, it rides great and is smooth. He would recommend buying this scooter for other riders.

I have been very pleased with this unit. My 10-year-old has been even more pleased.Charges nices, moves along quickly and is quite stable (as stable as this can really be).The best surprise was how little assembly was required. That was a huge relief. However, if giving as a present, make sure you open it up and charge it in secret the night before. Your child (or inner child) will want to ride it right away.

The steering handles will not keep straight. There are two hex screws that are supposed to keep the steering in place, however just after 30 minutes of use, the handles become loose and the steering is off center. We have tried to use a long hex wrench with more support to keep the screws in place to no avail. Otherwise the scooter has been great, but the steering issue is a huge safety hazard.

My 11 year old son loves this. It's quite fast, so I wouldn't put a real daredevil of a child on it. He's been playing on it for a few months, and it is holding up well. It holds a charge plenty long enough for him to play on it. No need for buying extra charging supplies.

The scooter is fun. Works pretty well. I was VERY disappointed in the initial quality. We attached the handlebar as instructed and gave it a turn. It felt like the steerer tube was filled with sand and gravel. I spent 2 hours taking the head tube/steerer tube assembly apart and cleaning it, greasing it and reassembling. The thing was filled with metal from the thread cutting of the steerer tube! They didn't even attempt to clean it before assembly. Stupid. Lazy. Cheap.

I bought this scooter for my son and it has done really well and goes super fast!!The scooter is really cool looking and it produces a very nice smooth ride.I gave this scooter a 5 star rating because it does every thing that it is supposed to.The only thing that I don't like about it is that you need to put lubricating oil on the back tires bottom because it will sometime make a pulsing sound that is not that nice.When you get the scooter it will have a tag that will stay stop on that, it says that you need to charge the scooter for 12 hours and if you don't do that it can screw the whole battery up and that can get expensive.But overall if you want to buy this scooter for you or family I would not hesitate because it is truly awesome.The scooter can go up to 20 MPH and can hold up to 220 LB.If you have any questions,please comment below!!

I bought one for my son in April of 2013 and its great. Goes a long long time on a charge. Worth every penny.
