The duo experimented with every ingredient they used, and ended up with the fluffiest, tastiest just-add-water pancake & waffle mixes imaginable. Review: 美味しい！ - ありがとうございました。 とても美味しいです！ またリピします！ Review: Family Favorite - This is the only brand of pancake mix we use. It's organic and easy to make. You only need to add water. It's also vegan. I buy these on sale so they're a better value for the money. We get at least 2 breakfasts out of one bag, and there are 4 of us. The bag is 16 ounces and fits easily in my pantry. The pancakes are moist and spongy. We add chocolate chips and top with syrup. Delicious! ## Features - 16oz pouch. Feeds a crowd! Makes 26 four-inch pancakes or waffles. - We conducted double-blind taste tests on every organic flour in America, and handpicked the remaining ingredients to ensure only the highest quality. The result? The fluffiest, tastiest pancakes imaginable. - Preparation is a breeze: simply scoop the desired amount of mix into a bowl, add water, mix, and make! That's right, JUST ADD WATER no eggs or milk necessary! - USDA Organic and certified Non-GMO - Family owned and crafted with love ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00NY5ZW8I | | Allergen Information | Wheat | | Best Sellers Rank | #22,918 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) #30 in Pancake & Waffle Mixes | | Brand | Birch Benders | | Brand Name | Birch Benders | | Container Type | Bag | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 6,577 Reviews | | Diet Type | Vegan | | Diet type | Vegan | | Flavor | Classic | | Flavour | Classic | | Item Form | Mix | | Item Package Weight | 0.47 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 1.01 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Birch Benders, LLC | | Model Number | 0856017003387 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 26 | | Occasion Type | Anniversary, Birthday, Valentine's Day | | Part Number | 0856017003387 | | Size | 454 g (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Non GMO | | UPC | 856017003387 | | Unit Count | 16 Ounce | | Unit count | 16 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Birch Benders - **Diet type:** Vegan - **Flavour:** Classic - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Specialty:** Non GMO ## Images ![Crepe and Cookie Mix Classic Masterpiece - 16 oz. - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81k-85jvmeL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are there eggs or milk in this mix?** A: Yes there are both milk and eggs in this mix. Thank you for your question : ) **Q: If you ordered recently, what is the expiration date? Thanks** A: I got one yesterday and my expiration date is 11/24/23 **Q: Are these vegan?** A: none of the ingredients are from animals, so yes. if they don't have the V emblem, it may be that the organic sugar they use was filtered with charred bones, which is highly common to do with refined sugar. I do not know if the sugar the use is NON VEGAN, however. Many vegans will use all sugars though, as they are not consuming the bone char. **Q: How to exchange last item for similar one but different ingredients, in return for one I mistakenly ordered - Granola. Want to add new items too. to** A: Including other ingredients will not make this Taste any better ... ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 美味しい！ *by ブ***チ on 26 February 2017* ありがとうございました。 とても美味しいです！ またリピします！ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Family Favorite *by M***A on 3 March 2026* This is the only brand of pancake mix we use.
