So far, so good! Bought for my 12 year old son. He's 5'4" and it fits him perfectly. I got the 17" frame. Assembly wasn't too bad but no tools were included. Thankfully we had some on hand, but if you don't, you'll have to purchase ahead of time. You'll need a crescent wrench, 2 different size allen wrenches, and a Phillips head screwdriver, also get a bike pump. Tires had low air so we filled them up after assembly. Instructions weren't terrible but they had 2 variations of the bike in them, so it was hard to know which to follow. We did our best based off the pictures. My son really likes it so far but the gear shifters are really stiff and hard to turn. We'll see how it holds up!

We rode several trails in Pueblo CO, and later New Mexico, area right after getting this, and one other bike. Bike assembly was pretty straightforward if one knows a little something about how they go together, instructions were clear enough. The bike handled well, no issues at all. I had packed along a standard repair kit, but never used it. Never even got a flat tire after running over a number of rocks on the trail. The seat that comes with unit is uncomfortable. We considered changing it, but ended up getting a cushioned cover that was sufficient Happy with purchase.

OK Hi there. Wow, double extra strong boxed shipping...Yet the front wheel still got through! Why ah ha... Although great boxes, the bike itself inside the box had no, none, nothing to keep it safe. All they did was to stuff the part in there with a few parts zip tied to the bike!!! Really!!! So I had 8 scratches and a warped front wheel. Contacting them, the form is ridiculous, not only does it only allow for one picture bit it;s very incomplete. Once they contact me back they certainly do not make it easy! They what absolute real proof of sale, serial #, other sticker #, pictures of everything even the assembled bike and I had to send a video of the warped wheel. After the OK waited 2 weeks for the new wheel. I do like the bike though:-)

I bought this bike for helping me with my exercise. It was very easy to assemble, once you have a basic knowledge of bicycles. Unfortunately I have not been able to ride it because I suffered a pinched nerve which is now being treated. Once I have had some relief from the pain I will be taking my bike around town!

I ended up in the hospital with fractured ribs and kidney contusions because this bike. The bike is so cheaply made that the gears will continuously slip on you. First time they slipped on me, I tweaked my knee and ended up with a minor tear in my meniscus. The 100th time they decided to slip from 7 down to 6 when I was riding at about 10mph in a high gear and stood up to pump aggressively, expecting a certain level of resistance, and the gear slipped, my foot slipped off the pedal, somehow I twisted around to my side/back and all my body weight came crashing into the handlebars right against my ribs and against my kidney, and feel onto the hard concrete to incur major scrapes and bruises. Had to call my wife to basically scrape me off of the ground and bring me to the hospital. This bike is a literal death trap. Please spend a bit of extra money on something that is manufactured correctly. Oh and the seat is like sitting on the corner of a cinder-block.

It handles about 700 miles. After 500 miles in Ragbride, I ended up with only three gears. It's not the best bike for long distances, but it's good for the price. I would not buy it again; I prefer to save money and buy something better.

Very impressed after receiving. The bike was bigger than expected. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble.

This bike is exactly what you’d expect it to be. mine came in the box with everything I need to hop on a ride down the trail it’s not gonna have top shelf suspension but it will be a perfect bike for riding easy :)
