After Buying Laptop problems started within 2 month
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop I purchased in August 2025. Unfortunately, the laptop began showing problems within just one month of purchase. Initially, the display stopped working and would turn off unexpectedly, although it was temporarily restored after servicing. About a month later, the laptop stopped turning on unless the charger was connected. Now, it does not power on at all. It has been only two months since I purchased this laptop, and such serious issues are unacceptable for a new device. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed with this product, i bought this laptop, after two or three days i was facing issues with software, within week i reported and raised complaint to Amazon, after raised the complaint return refund they told me that time delivery boy will come to you to pickup this laptop, i was waiting but no body come to me to pickup this laptop from Amazon after two days i checked the status it had been changed automatically. It is one month old and now i am facing issue with charging. New laptop not charging i am surprised with this product waste of money don’t take any Electronics product from Amazon service is not good.

I did not receive the USB hub with this product as advertised. Other than that over all performance seems to be ok.

Perfect for my needs
Very easy to set up especially since it imported settings and provided me with a list of apps etc I used on my previous laptop early into the process. It simplified everything. Clicking on something on the list instantly took me to the site/app to be downloaded. At 78 years old and computer literate I appreciate it comes with lifetime use of office 2021. I no longer will need all the sophisticated coming attractions and really appreciate this is a great updated computer more than adequate for my needs. I am pleased with my purchase.

Not full 1080 HD ! And the extra hard drive is not working ..!

Not great battery life for zoom
Don’t love the battery life. This is a basic laptop great for work. However I do a lot of zooms for work and it can only last about 1 hour with a zoom up unless it’s plugged in. The zoom camera has a little light on it which means I look great on all my calls even if it’s somewhat dark. I like the feel of the keyboard.

Returned
Got super hot the first time I turned it on. It seems like the cooking fan was broken on one side. I tried to contact HP support online but they could not verify the serial number and product number so I could even get signed into the support hub.
