I love this ice pack set! The different sizes make it easy to use for different areas of the body, and they stay cold for a good amount of time. They are comfortable to use, flexible when frozen, and perfect to keep on hand for bumps, soreness, or everyday aches. A great addition to any home.

This ice pads are great for any part of body. My husband uses them on his shoulders/ I use them on my lower back. Very good purchase

Very handy, useful

These are unique ice packs. They arrived in a dry state, the packs need to be submerged in water first to expand the material in the blue packs. Once they had expanded, i put them in the freezer. The material did not leak and maintained the puffy shape. The packs fit well and easily into the soft black holder and the straps are elastic with velcro on the end to secure. I actually cut one pack in half to use on a child and it did not leak. It maintains a cold temperature for more than 15 min. I just threw it back into the freezer after use, no need to put more water on it. It has been used on multiple injuries, insect bites, migraine pain relief and to chill breast milk when we were in a pinch. I would buy again as it has been very versatile, not messy and great value.

These were ok. Kinda cheaply made. And you fill them with water yourself. I have a lot of kids in sports and figured I'd gove these a try. I ended up going to gel bead ice packs instead. I personally wouldn't purchase again.

Howdy shoppers, well sadly this item is further proof that you get what you pay for- I didn’t pay much and I didn’t get much. The size is good for small jobs like hands and feet but for a large adult these wouldn’t be any good. That being said they don’t stay cold long enough to be of much use. Maybe for bumps and bruises on kids but you have to have several to be able to maintain cold on an injury. They ship dehydrated and flat and you have to soak them in water to rehydrate. I found that when I was drying mine after the soak that whatever is inside had leaked out a little near the ends of the pack. Having just had knee surgery I need ice for my joint but that ice has to stay frozen for at least 10-15 minutes to be effective. These last only about 3-5 min. Also you only get one pouch to put an ice pack in (that can be fixed to your body) and with the fast melt time switching ice packs in the pouch takes away from the effective time the pack should be on your body. I will add this caveat, my knee is very warm to the touch ( think fever warm) so this does affect the pack a little bit, but I found that handling the ice packs and moving them in and out of the pouch warms them up quickly (before ever reaching the knee). Spend the extra money on a better quality product so you can spend more time icing and less time fiddling with fast melting knock offs. If you have small kids I concede that for minor ouches these could be just enough to soothe, but that’s where their true efficacy ends. Well that’s my two cents! Good luck!

Very poor quality, started leaking in just four months

Great I bought 2 to use after knee surgery. I rotate between them, keep one in freezer. Swelling has gone done. They can still be used for elbow, shoulder and hip. With the soft side I don't need and extra cloth. So far the coldness has lasted for 4+ hrs.
