I've been ordering this product for quite a while now and am very pleased with its quality. Pure Encapsulations is a brand that I trust and feel good that I am supplementing my calcium intake with a high-quality brand. I like that the calcium percentage in this product is balanced by magnesium, too.

I am an active senior who has been routinely exercising for many years. Not too long ago, I started having pain in my shoulders not only while working out but also during normal daily activities. This calcium supplement has made a world of difference. I like this supplement better than the first one I tried. It seems more effective, and a smaller dosage is recommended. I find being easy to swallow, as this product is, to be more important than taste with capsules like this. I now have much less pain and my strength has improved since I am able to perform more strenuous exercises than I could before taking this supplement.

Like this brand without added “items” which I call junk. For bone health

I have been using this brand of vitamins for years and I have no complaints.

This is the vitamin Dr suggested.

I bought it by mistake, I want just magnesium citrate because work great for me so I took it because you can not returned but it works .Personal I don't like to take supplements calcium but so far is been good.
