Works Well With My Camera Slider
To be clear, I don't have an iFootage slider. I have a different brand, so I was taking a chance that it wouldn't work when getting this. I lucked out that it actually does work, albeit with a little adjustment. This is basically a stabilizer arm that helps create a stable triangle for connecting your camera slider to your tripod base. It creates a very stable, almost rock-solid base. I've only used it a couple of times, as I don't use my slider all that much. That said, this is a pretty niche product, which might translate into the cost. This is one of those products that can be a bit of a tossup as to whether or not it's really worth it from a cost perspective. If you use your camera slider a lot, then it's a no-brainer unless you want to carry two tripods around with you. Heck, it might even be cheaper to do that, but it definitely will take up more space. Since I don't use mine as much as I would like, I'm on the fence about this. It does the job well, but at a pretty high cost. I'm a DIYer, and could probably have made something that would work, but it would be a bit janky in the end. Overall, I'm going to call this a pretty solid product, minus the high cost.
