VenumContender Kids BJJ Gi

The collar of the Gi is thick and very durable. That's mainly where everyone grabs in BJJ. We went off the size chart and it fit great. This Gi is a lot better than my daughters previous one.

Seems perfect. Fits my child exactly and the provided size chart was great. Not sure why the belt is 6' long but I'm assuming that's normal

First I'd like to say that I ordered this twice for to determine sizing for my 6 year old. I did both the Try Before You Buy (it hasn't delivered yet, I will update when received). But this particular method was through the Used-Very Good option for more than half price off. The gi we receieved, as pictured, is not the same product advised in the description. It is a totally different brand than Venum gear. With that in mind, this Hasabasa brand gi is not bad. It's a durable, thick, but lightweight material and fits my son well. We will keep as a second back up but I am disappointed due to the item itself not being what I actually purchased.

Fits perfectly on my lean 7 year old! Really good quality and is lightweight but not cheap - bends and moves with him well. Torso is longer and stays inside belt when rolling. Returned a Hayabusa gi in favor of this. Highly recommend if your kid complains of their gi being too hot or too stiff!!!

Originally ordered C3 huge, it almost fit me at 5'6". I returned and got the C2 for 80 lb., 4 foot 7 inch 9 year old, the pants fit perfect and I shouldn't have dried them, the top dried up fine. Don't dry the pants in dryer if they are a good fit to start with. The top is more slow to shrink.
