look and taste and better than any other we have used to date
This is a high quality stinging nettle root powder in terms of substance, look and taste and better than any other we have used to date. The actual taste is pleasing enough to my own palate and certainly not bitter which I expected it may be. It has an earthy taste which is understandable being a root plant powder extract. We prefer the option of measuring out the powder ourselves rather than use capsules or tablets as nettle tea is quite pleasant.I would suggest adding a slice of lemon and a small amount of honey if you find it a wee bit bitter. I am taking this stinging nettle powder for health reasons but I cannot comment accurately on the benefit at this time as patience is needed with such things. The research on stinging nettle root and leaf is interesting and worth reading up on. If you are seeking a nettle root powder to add to your own health regime for any reason I can only say I have not found a better one. Packaging and delivery were both good. I purchased this item via Amazon at the full price.

Just one teaspoon is all you need. the next day you are cleared out. No its not a tummy upset! I take this once a week. Amazing stuff!! so much better than getting a prescription from the Doctors. Just what is all that medical stuff any way
