Glossy Black Fog Light Cover + Switchback White & Amber LED Strip DRL Compatible with 2016-18 Honda Civic Si & FK4 5 Door Hatchback

Ordered item back in October, waited four months for 2019 Honda Civic Si to arrive. Installed item, after researching some YouTube videos. The seller sends you to a video that spends more time on taking the bumber off then showing you how to wire this “Plug & Play” system. No instructions included so you have to have them explain some basics that red wire on controller box connects to an ACC module in the engine fuse box. Black wire connects to a battery ground point. Those wires are easy to see on the video. Then the video shows you a light green wire that connects to a turn signal positive wire. The wire harness you receive is not the same in the video. Your wire harness has two white, two black & two yellow wires. The wire harness is long enough to connect to two pigtail wires on the LED assembly that are color coded yellow & red. You ask the seller what connects to what and they send you to the video again. They also ask you to send you a picture of the product they sent you because you describe the wire colors and ask what connects to what and they need to see a picture. Does not make sense to me that I would have to send a picture of the item they send you. After several wire configurations I have the lights working off one side of the controller. The white wire (harness) is connected to the yellow LED assembly wire, the black wire (harness) is connected to the red LED assembly wire, and the yellow wire (harness) is connected to the light blue wire of the Honda fog light wire. What that means is the white LED lights are on when the Fog lights are on and the yellow LED lights turn on when the Daytime Running Lights are on. Despite a number of times of contacting the seller and explaining the controller is not functioning correctly, they have been of little help. Very insulting to me because they keep asking if I connected the wires correctly and each time I explained it was connected correctly. Hope this helps anyone else out there. I told the seller I would be providing a poor rating.

Ordered these on 10/12 and received them the very next Monday on 10/15! Very fast FREE shipping and great packaging considering it shipped from California to Florida. They are absolutely beautiful and definitely gave the car a face lift. Very bright lights but the only thing that I dislike is it’s about a second slower on the blinking for the turn signal when it goes orange compared to my actual blinker. I think the LEDs could be upgraded to have it more spot on but it also could be the load of the blinker with the switchback. Regardless it is a great buy and super easy to install.
