I recently purchased the Granitestone 10" Non-Stick Frying Pan with Mineral/Diamond Coating, and it’s been performing exactly as advertised. From the moment I started using it, I noticed how easily food slides right off the pan. Exactly what I wanted. Very nice.

I use this pan daily and cook eggs, meats, and veggies at medium heat. But most foods still stick to this pan. It's not as bad as a regular pan, but it's nowhere near the slick non-stick claims made by the manufacturer in the ads and commercials. It's more accurate to say it's semi-non-stick. And because of that, I still have to use butter or oil at the bottom of the pan when cooking to minimize sticking. With or without oil, eggs don't slide out of the pan easily...you have to work with a spatula to gently break them free from the bottom of the pan and coax them out. And any food that's cooked too long will leave minor burns/chars at the bottom of the pan (normal because you cooked the food too long), but that minor charring to the pan has to be left to soak in water for a bit before you can clean it out, instead of simply being wiped out like shown in ads. It's annoying when I spent good money on a pan that's supposed to be non-stick, but only does a halfway job and doesn't live up to the claims. Other than that, it's a nice sized pan at 12" and gives plenty of room. As for other improvements, I would suggest a thicker non-rounded handle. The current handle is very slickly shaped & slippery...and it's easy to lose control of the pan, especially when it's heavy & unbalanced with food in it. UPDATE: 11/17/2021 Within the first month, this pan was total junk...and kept getting worse for the next two months, now today. I'm done with this junk and ordering another brand. I always cook at medium-heat, but everything sticks to the bottom of the pan...eggs, veggies, meats, etc...that have to be literally scraped out with my plastic spatula. Everything I cook gets ruined because it sticks to the pan and has to be scraped out. And the pan's coating is wearing off and turned brown last month, like you see on well-worn pans that have a lot of mileage. I want a refund for this from either Amazon or the manufacturer, although I'm past the Amazon return date. Amazon shouldn't be selling junk like this.

light weight and easy to clean edited: was good at the beginning but started to stick after a few months, cant even use it to fried an egg now, already put it aside

It arrived warped. The heat isn't distributed evenly due to the warping of pan. However I do love how easy it is to clean and how nothing sticks to it. All of my other granitestone pots and pans are amazing. The 14" pan with lid is the only lemon in the bunch.
