Unwilling to claw his way to the top of the corporate ladder, the college-educated Jonathan (Jordan Christopher, Angel, Angel Down We Go) prefers the carefree life of a cab driver. A rebel, he vents his daily frustration by kicking pigeons in the park. The film's rambling plot encompasses such eccentric characters as a naive motorcyclist, a gay interior decorator and a parent-subsidized hippie who embarks upon a bumpy romance with Jonathan, whose lack of commitment proves his downfall. Also starring Emmy winner Elaine Stritch (30 Rock).

Two Stars
Elaine Stritch billed in advertising, but only has a few very small scenes. Dissappointing!

Sidelong Glances of a Pigeon Kicker
Sidelong Glances of a Pigeon Kicker Sidelong Glances of a Pigeon Kicker This movie actually has the reissue title Pigeons on the title card and is a full 15 minutes shorter than the original release. There are no extras added. But it is a rarelt seen film until now under any name and length. My rating is for the reduced length for which there is no explanation. I have not seen the film at this point in time.

I had the great pleasure and privilege to have seen him on Broadway ...
Jordan Christopher was such an under-appreciated actor. His acting alone makes this film so worth seeing!!! I had the great pleasure and privilege to have seen him on Broadway in SLEUTH opposite Patrick Macnee. Brilliant!!! The movie is a wonderful time-piece worthy of cult status at the very least.
