I'm not sure I understand the question. I am assuming you are asking how you fix Jenny Craig foods? They are all typically frozen so I only have to put them in the microwave to restore them to perfect. Of the items like their Cinnamon Coffee Cake which is not frozen, either leave out of the fridge and eat that way or heat briefly in the microwave to warm.

Q: expiration dates of this food? Since JC has shut down until the fall- want to make sure this food is not stale

I've ordered one box so far and the meals were not past their expiration dates. The expiration dates ranged from December 2023 to February/ March 2024.

Q: Will there be an option to add on snacks and desserts? That is my downfall so need some good low calorie options

I hope so. Currently the pack sold by Amazon doesn't have any snacks or desserts. If you go to Jenny Craig you can get those things but you have to subscribe to auto delivery and I didn't want that much food.

Q: can i order specific foods separately

I don't think we have the ability to order specific items on the packages being sold by Amazon. I am in hopes that once Jenny Craig actually starts handling the ordering & shipping itself, we will be able to order specific items. The 14 day package I received was a combination of lunch and dinner items. No breakfast or dessert items were part of the set.
