Superb Quality. Tight elastic, so order larger.
I ordered two that cost twice as much, but this one is much better. It is excellent quality. The material is thick, not like the thin other ones, and the waterproof function does not rub off with a sticky disposable incontinent pad, like those other ones. This is a great value, and I have just ordered a second one. I take care of my elderly mother, and I'm using these with washable absorbent pads, thereby saving money and the planet by avoiding the disposables. It is wonderful to find something made in the U.S.A., and you can see the difference in QUALITY. They do not make noise. I wash them in the evening and put them on the shower head to dry. Please be aware that these are meant to go over diapers and/or pads, and hold them in place and prevent leaks. They are not absorbent themselves. I have been using them successfully with re-useable adult incontinence pads, which I take out and wash each time I help Mom go to the bathroom. So it's good to have lots of those handy.Update: I recommend getting a size larger than the website measurement guide shows you should have. My mother's measurements show that she is a medium. But the medium elastic is tight on her around the waist and around the legs, so much so that she was complaining of pain, so I had to remove the medium incontinent pant. I have a size large in the same pant, and so far that one has been fine for her.

Poor fit
Very large but with a very small waist. Whoever designed it, did not properly measure material. A large should also have a large waistband. This Large size has a very large pant area with a tiny elastic waist making it uncomfortable and a poor fit for a 36 waist man.

Not for heavy incontinence!!
These were very tight. I ordered XL. Didn't keep patient dry. Leaked quite a bit. When I washed them, they held water great. I feel they leaked around the legs. If problem is with a Lot of wetness, these probably aren't for you. They were worn with diapers and still leaked.

Elastic is tight!
Waist is measured only 24"inch long with tight elastic band. Unable to wear comfortablly. Same problem with leg openings. Since item is not allowed to return/exchange, needed to cut off elastic to explane opening. It's made durable with strong material. Will order X-large next time.

Good quality but sized way smaller than any other company
I really love them, But the XL says 42-52 and there is no way it will fit over a 40" waist I wish this company would make an XXL Why don't they? Because they are sized small the LEAST they can do is make some XXL and even some 2XL and 3XL etc. .. If the size was correct they would not have to go over XL to fit over my Night time diapers. By the way this is the husband We share this account . Make larger sizes

No more leaks
My senior mom was having a few leaks with her pullup panties regardless of the brand used. I think it's the leg area that leaks and perhaps she checks herself to see if she is clean. I was washing bedding every other day. So we tried the addition of these vinyl pants. Problem solved, no more leaks! In the mornings, I wash them by soaking them in dishwashing soap and water in the bathroom sink and hang them up to dry for the night. Easier to wash by hand than cotton or nylon, so not a pain. You can also toss them in the washer and drier but will likely wear the elastic in the leg area out quicker, as well as, will need to order many pairs so you'll have a clean vinyl panty at night. I stopped at buying two.

Adult man tested!
I went with large originally because I wear large in my underwear size. They felt as if they would be tight enough on my legs to not leak but they did so they do not seal well at my usual size. I ordered the mediums and allowed myself to flow a little more if you will and they were so much better with very little leakage as they should be. I don't normally unload my full bladder but do have heavy leakage in my sleep sometimes so I need these to work with my underwear for incontinence and they do a fine job. Hope this helps! :)

Great construction, lousy layout!
The materials and construction where great, but whoever did the pattern layout knew nothing about human anatomy. They didn’t seem to understand that the posterior is larger than the anterior. If these pants had forward facing leg holes, as all premium pants do, they would be rated 5 stars. The way they’re made they are stretched tight over my diapered derriere and blouse loosely over my front. In fact they have no tag to distinguish front from the rear, probably because it makes no difference which way they’re oriented. No matter which way I put them on they didn’t cover the edges of my diapers in the rear while they have plenty left over in the front. If you’re anatomically identical front and rear these pants will work fine for you. If, like most humans, your tushie is larger than your front, don’t waste your money!
