I'm using this product in an unorthodox way: My problem is that there are a lot of raccoons in my area and they have been climbing my downspouts and have been getting up onto my roof. My neighbor had the same problem and while the family was on vacation they actually clawed through their shingles, through their roof sheathing, and got into the attic. I don't want the same thing to happen to me. So I got this product because it's waterproof. I squirted some onto a piece of cardboard and mixed in some cayenne pepper. I spread a thin layer on each of my downspouts, about two feet above the ground. Problem solved. Side use: Although I haven't yet done it I understand that this is an excellent product for lubricating sailboat rigging fittings that are exposed to seawater. That's my next project. I recommend it.

This stuff works. It helps with discomfort. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I do not like that it leaves a greasy residue. It’s lanolin, and that’s just what you get with lanolin, but it’s frustrating to get greasy stains on my clothes.

I bought this to use as case lube for my lee classic loader but I found out it works better for cracked hands than O'keefs working hands cream. And very very little goes a long way. Will definitely buy again.

I bought this twice before and each time, the tube lasted me almost a year. That's because I used it ONLY for my chapped lips. It was an incredibly thick, emollient ointment. It was a miracle worker!! If provided instant relief!. Well the most recent tube I got is almost liquidy. Yuck! It feels like putting Vaseline or lard on my lips.
