Hands down the most unparalleled milk replacement on the market: it’s changing the game with shelf-stability, uncompromising flavor and consistency matching, and GI agreeability. Not to mention the FLAVOR. So many reviews say this stuff is better than cows milk and they aren’t lying! I’m addicted. It even replaces milk in cooking and baking without compromising recipe results! The perfect creamy texture that isn’t too thick or too watery. Excellent source of b12 and vitamin D to boot! Comes in cases of 6, and worth the inflated cost by far! THE ONLY thing that NotCo needs to change is the quantity availability: Just wish they sold it in larger quantities (gallon or 1/2 gallon etc. Hell, put it in a freaking wine box, that’d be even better). Fantastic product and I may waste away if they ever stop making it!

This is probably the best tasting version of milk I’ve ever had in my life! Taste just like milk but better! (At least I think so). I made a few cereal bowls for my friends and they did not even question it! They thought it was milk. I love it!

I was so disappointed when I saw this product disappear from my grocery store but was pretty stoked when I saw that it was still available online. This stuff tastes more like real milk than any other plant-based milk I've tried. Better than soy, oat, almond, coconut, chia and other pea-protein 'milks'. The fact that it is also low carb and high protein makes it perfect.

Not a milk alternative drinker, but this is the closest to real milk there is. Used to drink it when it was in the refrigerated section, not it's "long life" but still as good. It has good consistency and we've used it as a milk alternative to baking as well.

My favorite milk alternative hands down. But what gives me anxiety is the availability of it from one week to the next! WHY CANT THEY KEEP IT CONSISTENTLY IN STOCK??? It’s a gamble anytime I want to buy it cause the inventory is SO unpredictable!!!

This is the best non-milk product I’ve ever had… I happened to find it by chance in a bin store, and could not find it in any supermarket or online. The only problem is it took a few months to to arrive.
