I ordered this charger on the 22nd of June 2025, after a year and a bit it finally died on me. Out of no where it just stopped working and wouldn’t charge anymore (27th July 2026). I do like this charger a lot and I wish I had longer with it because out of the chargers I’ve had previously, it’s been the best one. It’s a good length so it’s easy to move around while charging, the wire itself is reinforced so honestly to break it on purpose you’d need to put in a great deal of effort. USB-C does charge quickly, I’ll be honest I don’t know the science behind it all but somehow it’s a lot faster than my old phone’s lightning cable. I’d say this wire is on par with the usb c iPhone cables although I’ve not gone out of my way to test them. Value for money wise I’d say it’s worth the price no matter how much I’d hoped it would last longer. I don’t generally know the lifespan of a charging cable but I do know it lasted a lot longer than most phone branded cables. I’ve noticed that in comparison to phone branded cables the cable will start deteriorating around where the wire meets the plug or phone. Since this wire is reinforced I’ve not had the issue of breaking or wires showing through. I’ve also not had electric shocks from this wire compared to other wires I’ve used. In short: I am going to buy this cable again, I do like it a lot. I just wish it lasted forever.

Bought the UGREEN USB-C to USB-C cable to keep my Quest 2 VR powered while using WIFI connection. Works flawlessly with a good power supply, with perfect thickness, flexibility, and solid build. USB-C ends fit snugly and slide in and out easily. Got the 3m version, but if available, 4 to 5m versions would be even better for VR setups. Minor issues: the velcro tie can fluff the nylon braid, and the side LED eyes feel a bit gimmicky, but they show power clearly. Reliable, high-wattage cable with excellent value.

Functionally, it performs perfectly, and the unique look makes it easy to spot among other cables. If you’re after a reliable USB-C to USB-C cable with a bit of style, this is a solid choice.

These seem well made. I find the extra length helpful. I can use the phone while it is being charged. The indicator light is very useful.
