No cow is one of the best vegan protein bars I’ve found. The cookie dough flavor is great. They recently changed the formula. It tastes even better. Before it had a stronger molasses flavor, but it’s more subtle now. The chocolate brownie is another good flavor. They bars are not hard or chalky. They have a soft, chewy consistency. Highlights: high protein content, low saturated fat, no cholesterol, no added sugar (but it has sugar alcohols), great flavor, sodium only 9% (not bad comparatively). Caution: The other flavors can be hit or miss.

5 star bar (flavor texture variety ingredients) but too expensive for me to buy regularly so giving 4 stars. Ideally I’d eat two a day!

I used to love these bars I would eat one almost every day, but since they changed the recipe to create the "New Great Taste" the texture is way too chewy and the flavor is ruined. I suggest returning back to the old recipe it was a much better texture and flavor <3

My husband loves these! He is a surgeon and very picky about his protein products. These have an excellent calorie to protein ratio and keep him full. Good ingredients and good taste.
