The water tastes good

I only recently needed to replace my genuine filter and used one of the Finerfilters. After only two weeks normal use all hot drinks had scum on them and tasted different from normal. Drinking water tasted awful. There was scum clinging to the side of each mug after drinking a hot drink. I ordered a genuine filter and, oh joy, no scum at all. Very disappointed and will not use anything but the genuine filter again.

Easily fitted, didn’t notice any difference in quality
