I like the phone. Just to let everyone know The phone warranty is only for 60days - 2 months That is it. I purchased the Verizon lg flip phone for my dad in JULY 2019 the speaker went it went dead no one could hear you so I called BLUE SAVINGS DEAL TO TELL them what happened and the warranty was expired. Not covered phone in garbage. Be aware

I have a friend who had this same phone and she broke it. I searched and Searched and found her the same one from this company. She had tried to replace it through her insurance she had from her carrier. However they sent another phone that was awful She is the last of the little old ladies (joke) who will not have a smartphone and was comfortable with this LG. The Carrier Verizon made sure this new phone worked . SHE LOVES IT and forever grateful she has this phone. It is GREAT and thank you for making a person happy.

I will never trust Amazon again. Amazon sold a locked Iphone (owner did not pay his bill) I wanted my money to be refunded because this item was a scan where the owner was using Amazon to help him to deceive the person who needed a phone BUT could not afford a new one. I lost my my which took me 2 days to make working at a hospital helping patients with bad hearts. I am very disappointed that Amazon would back up a scam like the one I just fell for.

This is a super simple phone. This is a "day 1" review, so I may update later. It does have WiFi, however, it won't be used much. The phone looks nice.

So far mom likes it, didn't receive a new phone. Phone has several small dings in the hardware, despite volume being up high mom said she can't hear texts very well from across a room like she could with her old Samsung Flip phone.
