like everybody knows now a days there are several items online that are nothing like they seller brags about, BUT with this clock it was everything the sellers talked about, the light is not real bright in the dark ,witch is what i wanted ,but it is bright enough to see it across my shop ,60'x100' , it also runs smooth and completely quiet ,im very pleased with this item and give the seller a 5 for a score. My husband and I each had the same model electric alarm clock on our respective sides of the bed. Supposedly they were linked to the “atomic clock” to ensure their accuracy. What a joke that was! One was 8 minutes fast, and the other was 2 minutes slow, and there didn’t seem to be anything you could do about it. So I started looking for a new clock and came across this one. It wasn’t at all what I thought I wanted, but the more I thought about it, the more it appealed, and I ordered it. It came quickly as promised. I forgot to order carbon batteries with it, so while I waited for them, I put the clock in an indirectly, but well lit spot. I will agree with other purchasers about the enclosed hook to hang it. It is an interesting design, but I could not get it into the wall, so I just used a nail. The clock is very lightweight and runs absolutely soundlessly. I totally LOVE it! It is easy to read and stays “lit” all night long. I am incredibly pleased to have found this wonderful clock!

The glow does not last long more than 1 hour or so. POOR QUALITY GLOW. Clock is decent quality. If you are buying for glow, dont buy it.

I’m disappointed that the “Glow-in-the-dark” feature does not work on my clock! That’s specifically why I bought this clock! Couldn’t return it because I had thrown away the box and hung up the clock a few days. It’s working otherwise.

Great clock for the price. Looks good and doesn't feel cheap. Large enough to read from across any room, but not too big for a small space. Glow in the dark numbers and hands are very bright and last all night if exposed to direct sunlight during the day, but even if you forget to open the shades, they'll pick up enough glow from short exposure to lamp light to be visible enough to read well into the night. Included mounting hook is simple to use... easy to get the clock on or off the wall... though the clock won't sit perfectly flush against the wall if you use it. If you want it tight to the wall, a nail with a good size head would do the trick.

Pros: - Big letters, easy to read. - Continuous, clickless operation, so no annoying ticking in the silent nights. - Light weight. - Comes with easy wall mount with four nails but I preferred the plugs. Cons: - The didn't mention or show the frame color is white. - The glow does not stay longer, indoor light works poorly on it and within hours, it's gone. So don't expect to see anything if you wake up in the middle of the night and wanted to check the time. - Hands ends are flat, they could make it pointy, the square ends just look ugly (at least to me).

was concerned about some of the lack of glowing reviews. the glow is GREAT on the one I received. I'm very happy with the glow levels. I have a 10w LED in the bedroom that is 6' away. it must be getting enough charge after a few hours of the light being on. for example: turn off light at 11pm. at 2am, it's still very bright. at 4am, it's just bright enough, at 6am it's glowing but starting to lose some strength. I'm not sure of the glow time after that for daylight comes in. when I first got it as a test, I brought it outside in the sun for 5mintues. you could see it glowing as soon as I brought it in the house. there is the fluorescent paint in a good quantity of the hands too. so far, it's silent and keeping perfect time. the sweep hand is nice, many clocks don't have that. the crystal is so clear I can't see it, looks like an uncovered clock face. I like that, my other clock has a reflection. I need a glow for reading from the bed. I don't like the alarm clock glow so that is on my wifes side of the bed which I can't see since so small. sadly I did not consider my nearsightedness before putting up the clock. I can see it but it's blurry since my glasses are off. but, I can tell the time quickly for you to know the hands and where the numbers are. what I would like to see in a next gen is fatter arms, it would help me see the time better.. longer too. Also a 10 inch version. alas, nothing is perfect, but this clock is very close to being so. if this thing breaks down I will update my review. I hope it does not, I do like the clock a lot.

I like it that it glows in the dark! At night when my lights are out I am able to see the time quickly without struggling! Set up is so easy! It’s so silent I don’t hear annoying ticking noise! Numbers are big enough to see even I am looking from the side. Time is accurate, same time as in my iphone. This is a great clock!!👍
