Very pleased!
good quality, works great! My city had a water issue, used a different brand of filter pitcher but water was still bad & pets would not touch it.Got this pitcher, used it & the water was drinkable again, tasted fine, even my pets would drink it! Be aware, since it is glass it is heavy, but healthier than plastic.

Love this product!
Since I am going plastic free this product is right on. The water tastes so pure! Water drip is much slower than my Britta but I don't mind so that I'm plastic free. The glass and inserts are very easy to use and clean and the filter is no problem to change. Be sure to order extra filters when you order.
