Hello! I have been taking this product for 6 months at the time of this review. If you are considering this PLEASE read this review.I started taking this as an alternative to the Spironolactone / Metformin combination that my doctors office had me taking. For years I used Spiro/Met for PCOS and it never really seemed like it helped in any way. When looking into what people like us could do on our own to maybe help I came across a compelling article for using Myo/D inositol. I figured I would give it a try and man am I glad I did!Firstly, my recommendation on taking this is to NOT start with 4 pills per day. I did that and initially I kept getting extremely sick to my stomach. I dropped it to one pill at dinner time and did that for 3 weeks, then moved up to 2 pills at dinner time. I currently take 4 pills but I split them between 2 at lunch time and 2 at dinner and I have never had any stomach related issues since.Secondly - this product works! It's not a cure - but it does help. If you suffer from abnormal periods you will be pleased to know within 4-6 weeks (if you try this product you need to be prepared to try it for at least 8 weeks to see results) of taking this you will be back on a regular cycle again. I have had a period every single month (and on time) since taking this product. It does not lighten your period or help with really nasty cramping but it does at least keep you regular without having to resort to birth control or chemically induced periods. If you suffer from other PCOS symptoms like Hirsutism this product will also help keep this under control. It does not get rid of unwanted hair completely but it does cause the growth rate to slow way way down so instead of having to shave every day you can go every other day with no issue - and its much less noticeable. This takes time though and is most noticeable when you are taking the full 4 pills a day.LAB WORK: I have had my labs done before taking this product and 5 months into this product and my androgen levels were less than half of what they were beforehand. Overall this blend is doing what the other two meds combined never did for me and it's been amazing. My insulin levels are down as well - though I was always on the high end of normal but never at an abnormal level.PERSONAL TIPS: like I said earlier - take this product slowly and not all at once. Your body handles things in different ways and for some people starting off on 4 a day might be just fine. It was awful for me though and letting my body adjust to it instead of giving up was the best thing I've done. Don't feel like you have to take 4 a day just because the directions say so. If you see results with just 1 or 2 pills a day and are comfortable then stay there. Alternatively you can do as I do and instead of taking all 4 at once split it into 2 doses. I realize its "optimal" to take all 4 at once but not if its going to make you sick or have a headache or any other side effects.Overall: YES! Excellent product. It's not a cure but it helps for PCOS in ways that expensive prescription medication does not. If you have PCOS give this a try but give it a good 2-3 month trial so that your body can adjust and you can see the results you want. They are NOT instantaneous. Your body takes time to adjust so within 8 weeks you will see results but if you expect to take it at dinner and wake up to results you will be very disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews (even for products I love), but I wanted to leave a review for this product because of what this product has done for me. I have struggled with irregular cycles for the last 5 yrs. Sometimes I would go 3 months without a period. I was looking for something that could help to regulate my cycles. The first product I took was about 3 years ago, which was Fertil-Aid, which did help to regulate my cycles for a few months, but then I went right back to irregular cycles and I didn't have a period for 4 months. Since Last year, my periods have come about every other month, but around the same day. After looking a the reviews for this product, I thought to myself, why not juts give it a try and see if it could help my period to not only start again, but I also wanted to regulate my cycles as much as possible. I really didn't beleive that I would see a difference, but after only taking these supplements for 5 days, my period started. I am so surprised by the results!! I am so looking forward to seeing how this may be able to help reguate my cycles!! I will definitely update as time goes on, but Idid want to share the amazing results!! This is definitely a "Must Try" Product. I wish for amazing results for all who try it!! Another quick note... The shipping was well packaged and arrived very fast. The pills are very easy to swallow and you only have to take them once per day. Please try, you won't be disappointed!!

Zanapure's Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol blend is the cheapest I've found on Amazon, but you definitely get your money's worth. Each tablet is about the length of an American nickel, which is about how big the tablets are I've tried from other brands. Since it's not a powder, there is no mixing any powder with a drink as with Ovasitol. This blend is a 40:1 ratio, and it does not have any other ingredients or add-ins, which is why I decided to try it.I suffer from PCOS, and as a result my testosterone levels have been elevated at times. I have taken Spironolactone in the past to control it, but I discontinued it when trying to conceive. I continued taking Zanapure's Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol blend, and even months later without the Spironolactone, my testosterone levels stayed nice and low. That told me that it was indeed working to balance my hormones.I suggest asking your doctor(s) or doing a Google search on the advantages of taking Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol in a 40:1 ratio for PCOS. Zanapure's blend is the cheapest you'll find on Amazon, but it is a quality product and you do get your money's worth. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

I LOVE that I found a supplement that works so well for my need. It did not take long for me to reap the benefits & I look forward to the continued relief from PCOS symptoms. The only thing that would make this better is if I didn’t have to take so many pills for one dosage. It’s not a huge issue but it is a minor inconvenience. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase & will be purchasing this supplement again.

I have been dealing with PCOS since I could remember, besides my weight a huges thing was being irregular. Even after being prescribed progesterone to try to restart my cycles along with working out ,a clean diet and loosing weight last year I did not have a cycle that started normally I had to take medication to start it. Since starting birth control in January and going off it in July ad not had a period naturally. I had done some research and came across this product and figured I would try it after my next round of progesterone and see if it helps along with taking a multi vitamin. I am so happy to say that I started my cycle at 20 days and even though that is a little short, as a woman with PCOS who hardly even sees a cycle with out having to take some sort of medication I am happy, I also have more energy and all around I just feel better which says quite a bit.
