Had this for around 6 months. Great adjustability and armrests. Those might be my favorite aspect. This is really my first "premium" seat and it's nice being able to have a good amount of control over everything. I did have to warranty the head rest thru Colamy customer service as the mesh couldn't stay clipped on. They were pretty quick and prompt with sending me a replacement. All I had to do was send some pictures and the serial number which was on the chair.

The back snapped off while sitting in it after only 3 months. Worst chair I ever purchased.

I am pleasure with this chair. It's very comfortable and also easy to collect. Recommend because it is a good value thing in my opinion.

Please read and see pictures before buying. This chair does not tilt lock at a key seating position or as depicted in the listing. See picture I've attached from product listing - the image shows 4 tilt lock angles but the small description reads "3 Stage Tilt Locking". Unfortunately, the tilt does not lock at the position I most commonly use (110 degrees, in my opinion, the most important position - especially for neck and spine health). 123, 103, and 90 degrees are the three tilt lock positions. Review would be 5 stars if not for this issue. For perspective - 90 degrees is straight upright (per medical professional, bad for your neck and spine), 103 is a slight recline (I'd say this is the "standard" desk chair position), 110 degrees is a mid-recline, leaned back but you can easily type on your keyboard etc (FYI, best position for neck and spine - just enough recline to keep you from leaning forward which curves your neck and spine forward). 123 degrees is a deep recline, wouldn't mind it for relaxing and watching TV or a nap, and it is quite comfortable in this chair. Otherwise, this chair does everything I expected - feels quality for price paid, comfortable, loads of adjustments, relatively easy to assemble, the headrest position is comfortable and the adjustable lumbar support feels just right. I'd be thrilled if not for the 110 degree tile lock missing as described above - I will be requesting a return.

The first chair came with a broken seat depth adjustment knob. The second chair was missing an arm rest. The last one was finally ok and after using the chair the last week or two I can say it's pretty good. The seat is comfortable, amd the adjustments are nice to have. The armrests are very finicky and not the best quality. Overall it's OK, but I can fully recommend with the bad quality assurance.
