Fantastic Read
I am more than 1/2 way through this book and it is phenomenal!! It is written more towards parents, but as both a parent of a Dyslexic daughter and a teacher of Dyslexic readers this has really helped me understand how to help both my own child and my students.The author describes the process of reading AND how to best teach these children. I can’t say enough positive things about this book.

A concrete pathway towards reading
As an educator who has dyslexia and a parent of a child with special needs, I found the science and strategies to be informative and immediately practical for myself, my students, and my family.

Book is great for teachers or parents.
The book is very informational and was used as a text for a class on dyslexia. The other items were not that great. For example, the transparent bookmarks do NOT help with dyslexia.

A useful book recommended to me by many people and I'm happy I picked it up. My kids like the Tanagram puzzles and CD of brain games.
