It’s freezer friendly great taste even after being frozen you can buy a regular sizes or thin slices. The quality of bread spot on if taste matters to you then this is a good bread. There was no dryness in the bread. It had texture and flavor. If clories matter the this is a perfect match for your diet .

I like the "Good Seed" one better
I know this bread is really popular, but to me it tastes bitter compared to Killer Dave's "Good Seed" bread, which actually tastes a little in the "honey wheat bread" direction --it's slightly sweet. This one is good, I've made many a good peanut butter toast with it, and I would recommend it to others, but I just like the other one better.

My kids love it!
Being a mom and trying to make the switch from your kids having all the bad stuff to making sure all the foods they eat are good for them is so difficult in today's world! But Whole Foods makes it so easy! Not only does eating become exciting because you're not worried about what your kids are eating! But the taste is everything and all the ingredients are whole and the best quality

A must try
OMG!!! ...is all I can say. I am not a bread fan. I could eat it, but at the same time, I could do without it. I am a neutral party. However, Dave's Killer Bread is amazing. I have been eating this bread for breakfast and lunch. I was thinking about this bread so much that I decided to look up this bread online. I was disheartened to find out that 1 slice was 22g of carbs. I have a insulin sensitivity. I am ecstatic to find that there is a thin sliced version to this bread with almost half the carbs. I will give it a try. Now to the facts... Quality: Bread seems fresh. Received it on a Saturday today is Tuesday, and haven't seen mold. Taste, Texture, and other senses: This is where it gets good. So if I eat a sandwich, I like breads like sourdough, pumpernickel, something that has a little bit more of a chew or that is more dense. I do not like to eat paper towels. Anyway, Dave's Killer bread provides just that. It is chewy, the nuts (toasted - I believe) provide a small earthy addition that is not overpowering. It goes good with any type of sandwich. I have made French Toast with it (AMAZING), I have made regular sandwiches (Equally Amazing), and I have made grilled cheese ( I now love bread). I am going to toast it in my oven and try it as croutons. I will try the thin slice and let you all know if the thin slice is equally amazing. UPDATE: I noticed that the back of the packaging has storage instructions. For the most part, I stored the bread in a dry dark place. The bread lasted 4 or 5 days before I began seeing mold. The package does mention placing it in a bread box. I will purchase again. Since it is just me, I will probably freeze half. S/N: up until I saw the mold, the bread was still fresh and chewy.
