Love the flavor! I have been gaining weight that I could not get rid of and started this about six days ago and have dropped almost 8 pounds and I believe it’s a cortisol balancing issue I was having. I absolutely love this stuff and will continue to purchase.

One lady gave a one-star review because she claims her product arrived expired but I want to set the record straight. Each box has two dates on it. The date the product was made and a two-year expiration date underneath it. She chose to focus on the 1/25/25 instead of the 1/25/27 date of expiration. My bottle's dates are 4/17/25 with an expiration of 4/17/27.I'm not sure how long it will take to see any results but so far I do like the taste of this product. There is no instruction on what time to take it or if you can add it to a beverage or mix it with food but just to take 1 ml per day.This product is supposed to Boost energy, help with digestion, increase my immunity to sickness and help me to get better sleep. I decided to take 1 ml each night before bed to help me get better rest. Will give it another week to see if I notice any improvement in my health. I gave it 4 stars because the product shipped fast, tastes great, and very affordable but just need to see if it will work.
