Very helpful supplement

Based on the results of my latest bloodwork, my doctor wanted me to take a vitamin D3 + K2. I've been using these since August 21, 2025. I don't return for follow up bloodwork until January 2026. I will find out then if my vitamin D level has increased. These pills are a soft gel. They are small and easy to swallow. They aren't sticky at all. I chose this particular brand after some research because of their use of clean ingredients. In my opinion, this is a quality product. The packaging and pills look exactly as advertised.

I need to supplement my Vitamin D and over 40 this one I find works well because of the K2 it's absorbing into my system. Natural way to take in winter when Im not getting Sun my blood work show my levels are low. So this one I highly recommend and ships fast . Great value for money

Tablets a little stuck together but not bad

Vitamins my physicians have prescribed. It is easy to have it delivered, never want to run out of my vitamins. The carts are small and easy to swallow.

My husband broke out in an odd rash throughout his body a few days after he started taking these. Not sure if there is a direct link, but he stopped taking them and it has started to clear up. Not sure if there’s an additive or something in the casing he’s allergic to.

I like them.
