Extremely convenient & shelf stable
I'm liking these a lot. They are shelf stable, but by freezing them they should be good for years. They are vacuum packed & easy to thaw out wth hot tap water as needed. They add much needed spice to pasta, salads, & sandwiches.

This is perfect for my needs as I don't make pizza all the time. Vacuum-packaged into 2 separate pouches in each box. Shelf-stable. Tiny slices, thin. Each pouch will cover about half a medium pizza. Taste is not extraordinary, but it is pepperoni. Also a great protein snack, portioned well. Microwave between paper towels about a minute for crispy pieces. Perfect for me needs.

Same thing you buy in the store. No need to keep these refrigerated. More than enough for one large pizza per box. Could probably spread them out and make two pizzas per box.

Good, but greasy.
These are extremely greasy. I buy a lot of pepperoni and even other kinds of Hormel Pepperoni, but these packages, for some reason, are dripping with grease. They are convenient and tasty, but very greasy. I will be ordering the bulk kind or the sticks next time, which are much less oily.

Sometimes these are hard to find in grocery store
It's nice to have around for pizza making. Probably last a year or so, says Feb of 26. It's now Nov 25 but in my personal opinion I'd give them til 2027.
