Solid product that just works
Installed these devices in a Honeywell Vista 20p and a DSC 632. The DSC setup was super easy - connect 4 wires and setup an online account. As others have mentioned the only challenge was getting Ethernet to the alarm system; successfully used TP-Link Powerline adapters due to poor access to fish a cable through the wall.Installing on a Vista 20p is a bit more complex as alarm programming modifications are required to get the system to recognize the Envizalink as a keypad and send the needed data to the device. Programming an alarm system is tedious, but the provided instructions made it relatively straightforward as long as you have the installer PIN/code. After setting up the device in your online EyezON account, it takes a few minutes to update the firmware to be compatible with Honeywell alarm systems as the default firmware is for DSC systems. After that, it just works as expected. For folks wanting a discount on their homeowners insurance, EyezON monitoring works well and is very cost effective. Expect to take a couple of days to get monitoring setup and working and receiving a monitoring certificate for your insurance. Response time on alarms is insanely fast for the couple of incidents we have had (fortunately false alarms due to human error). The monitoring station called my phone for verification within seconds of an alarm. The monitoring station folks have been great to deal with when putting my systems in test mode and very professional when they have called to verify alarms.Last, but not least, the ability to control the alarm from anywhere in the world where internet access is available is fantastic. The app & website is pretty basic, but it works to do the job. Additionally, the app/website have always worked unlike some internet connected devices we have.

Cost effective upgrade for Vista panels...
Used on a 12 year old Honeywell Vista 20p configured with 32 zones, using 24. Install fairly straight forward, but I could see some folks having issues with the programming steps at the 6150 keypad. The instructions are decent and do recommend having the Vista programming document readily available (available on Internet). Can see why, and I agree, read the instructions before you start. Register device with EyesON BEFORE you connect wiring to panel. Take your time with this project, be prepared. For me, pretty easy, but I am technical....Basically, the product works as advertised. Agree with others here that the user interface in the mobile app and web interface is a bit dated, but functional. Would like to see the mobile app refreshed to modern/recent app standards (e.g. support swipe down for refresh on Android, biometric integration with Android to login, support for stronger passwords that include more than just letters and numbers). What I still had to do..1. Product interface to the Vista panel was not able to correlate my alpha Character defines zone names, i.e. it just saw zone 1, 2, 3, etc. However, you can go into the web UI and define each zone with a friendly name. I had all of my zones well documented, so not hard to do. If you do not have this info, you might need to do a walk test or Go into the panel programming.2. To arm/disarm, one still needs to enter PIN code. Surprised OEM does not include this in mobile app to send PIN + arm/disarm with one button push. I notice they have a premium service for $60 /yr which might solve this, but also appears to add multi user/role support. I need to engage on the support forum to better understand this premium service.Other thoughts:1. There is an option for $8.95 a month (annual payment) or $8.50 a month with a 3 yr commitment. Seems pretty good price for pro monitoring IMO if you need that.2. Support is good. I opened a ticket on 12/31 with a question, and got reply w/correct info to resolve on 1/1/2021.3. Happy with product. Don't need the alarm.com or alarmnet automation they offer. And, the self monitoring is cheaper (either Free or $5 a month for premium services. The alarm.com app is superior as I have used it in the past, but you are paying a lot more for those services.

Works very well and easy to integrate into custom home automation because the API is open!
I've been using these Eyez-on interfaces to my DSC security systems for 10 years and they work well. EVL4 brings full duplex Ethernet and significant latency reduction compared to EVL3 (though honestly most users won't care about or notice that). But the very best part of this is that while Eyez-on offers a cloud based service you don't need to use it. They publish the API and make local access to the device easy. The lack of local access and the required use of cloud services has become the worst part about modern home automation. Kudos to any company that publishes an API and makes local network access easy!

Too Complicated
No support documents ....This product is Set for a Alarm technician that has manuals definitely not a homeowner. I would have loved to get the monitoring service for 8.95 per month. Oh well I gave it three stars for concept 0 stars for instructions

Great Product; Just Make Sure You Know What You're Getting Into
This board and supporting service work great. I'm giving the final result 5 stars because it does exactly what it claims. It should be said that, while this is indeed a DIY install, that statement does assume a particular technical background by the installer. There is quite a bit of very helpful information on the manufacturer's website, but I found you have to poke around in various corners to get the full picture. And make sure to pay special attention to the programming instructions after the installation, as the system may be pretty freaked out when you initially turn it back on.There are also some good YouTube videos for this installation as well BTW.Map out the procedure carefully before getting started and you should be fine. Just know there is a bit more to it than is initially evident.
