I purchased this product because I saws a video saying beef liver is good to take. I've been taking this for just about a month. I initially cancelled it and did not realize I had it on a subscription. It came in the mail, packaged well, and sat on my desk for a month until I went over the reviews and saw someone mention it gave them energy. And that they woke up not feeling tired but energized. Not a jittery energy but what felt like a restful night woke up functioning and ready to begin their day. I was sold from that one review. I started taking the "grassfed beef organs" capsule, not the recommended dosage, but 1 to 2 capsules, three to four times a week. That energy that the reviewer described is on point. I feel so good throughout my day. Clarity. And my bloating has drastically gone down. I haven't lost weight, but the gut feels less "Stuffed". I haven't seen skin improvements. I guess that was and still is not my focus. Quality is wonderful but the capsules are large. So, you might need to eat a cracker or something to assist in making sure it goes down. It goes down regardless lol. And I find my menstrual cycle has been better. Manageable pain and lighter a flow since on the beef liver. Any other change I'll be sure to update. Happy snacking!

Started noticing a change right away, Daily bowel movement( usually i could go a few times a day after i ate), started to feel less puffy( noticed i was intaking a lot more water but wasn't thirsty), started to notice i was as tired and sluggish all the time and even when i didn't get enough sleep i still felt "Awake" if that makes sense. overall I'm very happy with this product as i was looking for it to improve my gut health which i think was the core to a lot of my other problems. the pills are large but nothing crazy, no smell id recommend this to anyone looking to improve their bodies based off whet the advertisement was saying. I'm all in on the bovine cure. i did also purchase the "Bloom" pills because i was looking for the "Male" bovine parts Testicles, adrenals, prostate.

I am a Gastric Bypass patient and these have really made a huge difference for my journey! Getting in the protein that my body needs with the limited amount of space in my tummy. This supplement helps me get the missing nutrients that I needed. I have so much more energy when I have them on board. Only reason it is a 4 star, is because of the really strong smell and taste.... which it's organ meat.... so its expected.

Supplements that work with my carnivore diet since I cant stand the taste and texture of actual organs.
