Trademark Innovations Strength & Core Training Battle Rope

This is a great strength training tool! I bought it not only for myself, but my weak son as he tries to improve his strength for hockey. It provides a fun workout for us to do together! The ropes are sturdy and the 1.5" has proved to work well for both him and I.

This is great for conditioning and strength training indoors or outdoors. I had to start out doing 3 five minutes working a little rest in between for a few weeks. You feel it in your arms, shoulders, legs and abs depending on what exercises you do. It's worth the money.

Love it, love it, love it! These battle ropes met my expectations and more! I really get a good workout with them. Great quality and I use them on concrete and it still looks great, no unraveling. Delivery was great and it was nicely packaged. I'm pleased with both the product and the delivery!

The rope is a great arm and cardio workout. You can also work your core and legs with it. However this particular rope has started to fray the minute I took it out of the packaging so I had to deduct some stars. However for the price it seems pretty good. I will update the review with how long it has lasted.

This is an excellent training tool for building upper body strength. You can do all the lifting you want, but this will work the muscles in your arms in totally different ways. We use this with our 11U baseball team as part of off-season workouts. You wouldn't believe how it not only builds strength, but also cardiovascular endurance. Doing this for 30 seconds is way tougher than you think!

Great ropes. I used them, on cement though and it damaged them a bit. But still usable. I would recommend to use only on grass or mats or carpet.

This is an awesome muscle-torching, upper-body blasting beast of an exercise implement. The price is FAR superior to other suppliers selling the same product. And there are hundreds of workouts available on the internet that use the Battle Rope.If you want to work in cardio without running all over the place, this is a great way to do that.Your forearms, biceps, shoulders, traps, tris, lats, and back all get a burn. Throw in some squats while you do this, work those legs. Go Tabata with it, see how in-shape you really are. This rope kicks my a$$ every time.

I added this to my rogue room gym after reading about it's effectiveness. This is the least expensive rope in this size (both diameter and length) that I've seen. Its very well made. The rubberized grips are fantastic. There's a protective sleeve to use at the midway point for when you tie it down to the pivot point.

The rope is solid. It's a bit stiff, I guess because it's brand new. The well seasoned ones in the gym is softer. The quality is very good and it will last for years. The handles are smooth and well finished. I tie to a small rope instead of directly to an anchor, hoping it will lengthen the life even more. It came with a protective sleeve for the middle part where you attach to an anchor.

Rope is great, many different exercises. Plenty of resistance. It wears at the middle where it goes around the pole but that's to be expected. I've been using it for 2 months now. I will duct tape the middle area soon.

Great product, I'm able to get the most out of my workout. My only concern was that it did not have wall mount for the rope to stay equal on both sides. I'm lucky I have a pillar that I can use to hold the rope while I workout. So pleas be aware that the rope does not come with any fixtures for you attach it to anything.

overall good product. The sheath protector is quite flimsy though and after only five uses rope shows signs of fray although very durable. Wish is came with a carrying bag.

Rope starts to fall apart. Didn’t expect much since it was such a good price. Would purchase again if the price was right.

Nice heavy duty rope that gets the job done.Purchased this around $80 CAD. I believe these are cheaper now. Sill happy with the purchase.

Very good value. Arrived on time. Have good handles and are holding up well. I use them twice a week for and hour. Mine measured 40 ft which is perfect. Best value for ropes bar non.

These ropes won't disappoint you. The material quality is something you should give them an "A" for. The grip to handle the ropes also fits perfectly. I would recommend others to buy this one.
