It appears to be working with sleep and gastro issues.

Bought it for its claim to calm the brain and allow you to fall asleep. A problem I’ve had since childhood. Have tried it now for a little over a month. So far it has done the job. I wake up refreshed and not groggy as with sleeping pills. I take a little before bed.

I got this hoping it would help me become more regular, and it absolutely does. As I’ve gotten older, my body just doesn’t “do its thing” the way it used to, but these capsules make a real difference. They work gently, not the explosive effect of the liquid version but more like a steady daily release. I did a lot of research before choosing this brand, and I’m really glad I did. After just 7 days, I felt less bloated, more comfortable, and even noticed I’d dropped about 7 pounds. If you’re someone who isn’t regular, taking 3 capsules a day may be all you need to become a “daily doer.” I’m very happy with my choice and plan to keep using these.

Not cheap but great filter

This doesn’t work very well if you need to have regular bowel movements. Not sure why, but will finish up with the bottle I purchased. Leslie M.
