What's the difference between Haechandle seasoned soy bean paste and Haechandle doenjang?

So, basically Ssamjang (Seasoned Soy Bean Paste) is a mixture of doenjang (Soy Bean Paste) and Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste). It's perfect with any kind of roasted meats.

Can I use this on my lettuce wrap by itself or so I need to add other ingredients to it? It looks thick.

You’re going to need ingredients to add this into. I think it’s pretty unpalatable by itself. The simplest thing to do with this is a miso-soup like application, but this is again more of a flavoring than a main ingredient

This seasoned spy bean paste, is this hotter than say, a jalapeño pepper?

It's a different kind of spice than a jalapeño. It's full of flavor with a nice little bite. .. my favorite is with beef bulgogi, rice, a little of the soybean paste all wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Yummers!!!

Can this paste be used for Korean Bulgolgi?

I’m not quite sure this is used for bulgogi. I think what you’re looking for is gochujang, which is like this, but with chili. I use this to mellow gochujang’s heat though. So say instead of using half a cup of gochujang, I’ll use half and half of both.
