I threw away the first pair of shoes from being too worn out, but the soles didn't come off. I've been using the second one close to a year. I image they won't work well on highly textured shoe soles, but for Keds it's pretty good. I love these but am bummed with the shipping! Everything was perfect the first time but this time they sent it folded in half, so there was a permanent crease down the middle. I asked to exchange it since I didn’t want to risk that area detaching from my shoes prematurely, but the replacement just arrived with the same exact problem, only it was even more creased and a little crumpled. Hopefully 3rd time’s a charm to get a sheet that arrives flat.******I’m using these with Keds for swing dancing — so far I’ve put maybe 15-20 hours wear into them and they’ve been fantastic. Great option for suede soles if you’re not ready to buy expensive dance shoes or want to use your own sneakers! Mine have zero signs of anything coming loose, if anything dancing has completely sealed them into the soles.The only two little things - it would be nice if they sold a charcoal grey option since that’s what color they eventually turn anyway, ha. And the adhesive was smelly when applying and makes my dance bag smell a little, but it’s pretty minor. It’s not noticeable at all wearing them.
