It has an 8-way stick with a square restriction gate, but the gate can be replaced if you want to.

Does this work with ps4? i wanna use it for games like guilty gear and under night

It works with ps4, but acts as a ps3 controller. Don't know if this affects much more than the share button for most games, but you'd have to make sure the game you want to play accepts a legacy controller.

Does anybody use this on Windows 10? did you have trouble getting it working?

It's autodetected as a XHID Input, which means it will show up as a XBOX controller with Xbox button icons.
