I am not lactose intolerant. I started drinking Lactaid milk originally because I found it lasts longer than other milk, both before it is opened and after it is opened. Before I started buying Lactaid, I would buy a carton of milk, and it would go bad before I finished it. Not a problem with Lactaid milk.However, I also found that I really like the flavor better than most 2% milks. I started using more and more milk in my cereal and even drinking a glass of milk from time to time. Now, I go through about twice as much milk as I used to, simply because I like Lactaid milk.

Just expensive. Inflation is to blame for most of that, though. If healthy foods were cheaper than unhelthy foods, we could turn around the health and well being of our nation.
