It took a few send backs before I got one that worked

Poor quality valve fails to close
Valve fails to close fully when switched off. Mechanism is sticky and the return spring isn't up to fully closing the valve. The whole purpose of a 'ball valve' is that it should turn off fully without leaking.

Failed outdoor despite ip65 rating
Worked for 6 months under my van as a waste water tap I could activate from inside the van. After a trip to the Alps it no longer works. I'm unsure what happened exactly to make it fail, possibly water spray although it does state that the housing is IP65 so for that reason I don't know why it couldn't handle it.

Utilisé sur l'arrivée d'eau dans le cadre d'une habitation domotisée. Cette vanne ne peut pas chauffer contrairement aux vannes solénoïd. Elle est parfaite pour une utilisation constante. Alimentée en 12v-0,65Amp via un transformateur ajouté dans mon tableau électrique. différents modes selon câblage - schémas fournis (Reverse Default Polarity,Auto Return, Toggle Switch, 2 leds indicators). Si rien ne vient encombrer la circulation de l'eau dans la vanne (ex: sable) et alimenté correctement (<2 Ampères) ce produit devrait fonctionner de nombreuses années.

Ich wollte die Wasserzufuhr zur Umkehrosmoseanlage elektrisch schalten. Vergesst die ganzen anderen Magnetschalter, taugen nichts und/oder werden zu heiß. Hat mich viele Stunden herumprobieren gekostet. Dieses Teil ist perfekt, ich schalte es mittels Smart-Steckdose. Man braucht dazu nur ein Netzteil siehe technische Daten. Super einfacher Anschluss: Strom an - offen, Strom aus - geschlossen. Und geschlossen heißt geschlossen, weil es ohne Strom motorisch den Kugelhahn verschließt. Klingt wie ein Wunder, ist aber so. Aber aufpassen, es gibt verschiedene Ausführungen mit unterschiedlichen elektrischen Anschlüssen.
