Noticed a difference in 3 days - Subscribed!
Only need one/day and these work for my gut issues; constipation and bloat. After trying several brands from Amazon, 2 membership stores, and Whole Foods, I found out I needed a probiotic that is stomach resistant. This one meets the criteria and are not grossly expensive. FYI: No gummy probiotics are worth the money.

Worked to make yogurt
I used it to make yogurt. It worked well. I used 10 capsules for 1 qt of half and half for 36 hours at 100F degrees
