They want your money, but make it very difficult for you to get what you want after you've paid them. goHastings. return policy is that type of Company. Shipping and handling charges are extra and will not be refunded if you have to return a order that they screwed up. They call making it right by giving back your money but not making you happy with their service.They are not willing to exchange an item for the correct one you will be required to ship back at your cost according to their packing slip. After its all said and done you'd wish you had just ordered from someone else. I would strongly recommend you do that now. That's what I'm doing.

This is the garbage I got. Why would you promise a product if it is not what you will send your costumer. This seller sent not only me, but many others a different plate than what was advertised.
