Makes you very relaxed and ready for sleep.
I have historically had a tough time getting to sleep. Some nights I would be tossing and turning for a couple hours with my thoughts working overtime. I'd get so wound up I knew sleep was a long way to come. I'm nearly done with my first bottle and just ordered another one. I used valerian root previously but no matter what brand, the capsules smelled so bad and, god help you if you burped, it could ruin a night. These caps are liquid filled. No smell, no talking back. In about 20-30 minutes, I'm drowsy and ready for bed. These are the best!

Natural sleep aid from a brand that is clean and potent
I look for natural sleep aids when I have jet lag or I'm experiencing anxious nights and I've tried many other Valerians. I can take one of these during the day if I need to calm my system down, and two to three when I need to fell asleep deeply. Sleep quality is great, although I can tell it doesn't last the full night. The trade off is that I am never groggy in the morning.

Relaxes Body to Sleep
I take these at night because they relax me and I usually take Passionflower along with it, but there hasn't been any batches made... So, I am also using gaia CALM ASAP, which is good enough and I really like lavender smell and taste... I advise to purchase this product because of its quality...

Nature’s Xanax
This is wonderful to create a feeling of inner peace and calm. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is it is a bit costly for the amount you get. And I take more than the 2 pills usually. Gaia is a trusted brand.

Works for 1 person, not the other
Works for the elderly man that I take care of. (But only half the night, not all night.) Doesn't work for my wife. So I rated it in the middle at 3 stars. Still searching for the right all natural sleep remedy that actually really works for everyone, all night long. I don't think that it exists. Update: The seller offered me a refund and I accepted and it came through. It's very nice that the seller gives a full refund if it doesn't work for you. You could at least try it and see if it works for you.
