I purchased this ring from this site direct and the ring is to small and I would like to exchange for a bigger size, there is no return address and the original purchase email says to email them for return instructions, we have sent 2 emails and they do no reply. Amazon should drop this company to stop them ripping off other people. We are now stuck with an over priced low grade ring.
