Great recipes and ideas.... Easy to follow and a must for taste ,innovation and stimulation ... Love it!.

What a fantastic book. The pictures are great and the recipes are illustrated and displayed very well. Each individual recipe is given its own page. The layout is great, title with a brief description, ingredients, step by step process and in small print at the bottom all the nutritional info. Very intuitive and user friendly.The book size too is ideal, a bit smaller than A4 in length and the same width. The thickness of the book is impressive too.Most importantly are the actual recipes, the ingredients for every recipe ensures that each one tastes as good as possible.

Handy to have, writing is small but I can read it. Has a lot of recipes but missing some you’d expect to be in there

Not fully read but looks excellent .Definitive a classic !Very visual & well laid out pity the poor delivery drivers are not given special details about address till get there so wasting their time.Sending out on Bank holday only informing on the day is not quite it with a Customer Service unable to act or resolve yet contacting?!!!

Great sauces and ideas to take from this book. Something for every dish you can imagine with variety of ideas . Sauces can completely change a regular dish.

Alright, but not overly impressed, yet to try one of the recipes. Might be me and I will change my rating then, but currently, not rushing to use the book

Soft cover but sturdy, good selection of sauces and chutneys etc, have not tried any yet but browsed through and there are several I want to try
