I bought it because it was recommended for mature skin. My skin is medium brown, with some stretching and fine lines. I have used different techniques for application and setting, trying to achieve good results. So far, I can say that the product is lightweight and blends well. It is best to use very little and pat it. The color match is good for medium tan, and you will notice the brightening effect, which lasts all day. If your skin has minimal lines, then, it may look really good. I tried this product on a friend who has lots of wrinkles due to stretching (she experiences edema on and off from Grave’s disease), once the product is set with light powder (using the matching powder as well as other very fine setting powders), the skin still looks wrinkled.

I have positive comments and a couple negative comments...for one ..it is only .08 oz..so expect a small package..it's super tiny. the fact it's advertised as a brightening powder...well it didn't brighten anything for me..but I have light fair skin. in fact when I tried to use it as a setting power on my cheeks it darkened up my foundation. when I used it though it did blur and smooth out my fine lines...it did help my makeup set. when I used it under the eye...it did not brighten for me...but it's a powder that smooths and blurs and sets the concealer... I wish it was a lighter brighter pink..you can see on the pictures I've included that it's a pretty deep rosey pink ..it's not a whitish - light pink shade at all.. since it's so small it's not a great deal but a good reasonable deal for the cost.. the texture of the powder is very soft and smooth and light weight. the powder lasts of course for me without needing to reapply later...but I also have dryer than normal skin, so that might be different if someone produces more natural oils. overall it doesn't brighten for me...but it is a good setting powder for both face and under eye..there is no clumping no dry patches or getting stuck in places or looking cake...overall it's a great powder I just wish it was lighter in color of pink.

I like it and it does brighten my eyes but if you put on too much it will make concealer look thick.

I have tried countless concealers and under eye brightener from inexpensive to luxury ones, and while some perform much better than others, none is creaseless. If you have fine lines or wrinkles around your eyes, your concealer, no matter how good it is, will crease a little. This Catrice under eye brightening setting powder is the closest you will get to a creaseless under eye. Everything is right about this little product. The formula is excellent, finely milled, blurring but not drying or over mattifiying. It sets your concealer perfectly and at the same time brightens your skin. If you pair this powder with the Catrice under eye brightener you got a winning combo. I highly recommend this product, it is inexpensive yet very effective.

Blends well doesn’t give you white eye like other concealer. Use it with pink setting powder and apply with e brush. Look great!

I am so extremely disappointed in this product, I had high hopes for it too. I usually have good luck with Catrice Cosmetics, I find that they are generally high quality at very modest pricing. I purchased this rose hued powder to set my under eye concealer which is the Company's intended purpose. It did go on smoothly and I was really hopeful until a short time later, my under eyes began to get itchy. I removed my makeup a little while later and it seemed to have subsided until the next morning when I was shocked by the condition of the skin under my eyes. I had little angry looking red bumps under each eye and only in the area that I had applied the powder. As the day went on, the bumps turned into pronounced whiteheads!! I had applied the powder sparingly with a freshly cleaned, soft makeup brush, thank goodness I didn't press it in with a puff as suggested or it could have been even worse. If you have even the slightest bit of a sensitive skin type, I strongly suggest that you avoid this product. Don't know what is in it but there are other, safer options than this!
